Returns & Refunds Policy for Southern Seafood

Paperback Books

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. For paperback book purchases, we offer a 14-day return policy. Should 14 days pass since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To qualify for a return, the book must be in the condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging. Alongside your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

eBooks:

Due to the digital nature of eBooks, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any eBook purchases. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review the book descriptions and samples provided on our website before purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Refund Process for Paperback Books:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned paperback, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Haven’t received a refund yet? Please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Subsequently, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at info@southernseafood.com.au.

Exchanges for Paperback Books:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged paperback for the same item, send us an email at info@southernseafood.com.au with evidence of the damage.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.
